Meet Paul

Paul has been in this industry for almost 25 years and brings a vast amount of experience to working with his clients. He is a Licensed Life/Health Insurance Agent and an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65 Securities License). Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University with a Major in Economics and a Minor in Marketing.

Paul teaches this model at various locations across the Chicago Land area. His specialties include: Tactically Managed Investments, Income Planning, Social Security Planning, 401(k) Rollovers, IRA Transfers, and is an expert in Fixed Indexed, Fixed, and Variable Annuities and how they fit into a portfolio.

Paul is a lifelong resident of DuPage County and currently resides in Winfield, IL. He has been married to his wife, Patty, for over 20 years and has three beautiful children. He enjoys sports and music and is an active member of his Church.

Mark D. Perkins is a Principal Attorney of Perkins & Zayed, The Estate and Trust Law Group. OMH Partner Group, Inc and The Estate and Trust Law Group are independent of each other with separate office locations. Mark concentrates his practice in Estate Planning. He has extensive advanced training as an estate planning counselor, and therefore uses the most sophisticated techniques in the estate planning field.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Elmhurst College and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chicago Kent College of Law. Shortly after graduating from law school in 1990, Mark began practicing estate planning. He has served as the Chair of the DuPage County Bar Association’s Estate Planning Committee and Tax Committee in past years.

Mark has appeared as a guest speaker regarding estate planning on the “Money Talks” radio program on several occasions. Currently, in addition to providing estate planning services to his clients, Mark teaches and lectures on the topic of estate planning to lawyers, financial planners, accountants and various consumer groups.

Jennifer N. Eseed is an Associate Attorney at Perkins & Zayed, The Estate and Trust Law Group. OMH Partner Group, Inc and The Estate and Trust Law Group are independent of each other with separate office locations. Jennifer concentrates her practice in Estate Planning. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a minor in Economics from DePaul University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Jennifer also has a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a member of the Executive Board of the Law Review and was inducted to the Order of the Coif.

Jennifer provides high-quality and personalized estate planning services to her clients, with a focus on IRA Inheritance Trusts and planning for beneficiaries with special needs. She has been a guest speaker on several radio shows speaking about IRA Trusts and regularly lectures on the topic of estate planning to financial planners, accountants and various consumer groups.
